There’s a live bootcamp with Kayla, workouts with SA’s top trainers, the Pulse Talks, the Food and Brand Village and the PowerHER After Party.

General gives you the full day: the live bootcamp with Kayla, workouts, talks and sessions all day, your PowerKIT (TheraBand), the Food and Brand Village, the PowerHER After Party and a 3-month Sweat app subscription.

VVIP adds a meet and photo moment with Kayla, the private VVIP Lounge with a dedicated bar, private bathrooms, a luxury goodie bag from Motherkind and partners, a PowerKIT upgrade (Motherkind yoga mat, PowerHER cap, squat band & TheraBand) and complimentary massages.

VVIP is R3,790 per person. Howler adds a booking fee to each ticket, shown at checkout.

When you buy, you can add Refund Protect at checkout. It gives you a 100% refund if you can’t attend for one of the many covered reasons. To claim, use the link in your booking confirmation email within 60 days of booking. If you don’t want it, simply untick the box at checkout and you won’t be charged.

Yes, parking is available on site at both venues.

Please leave these at home: outside drinks (including water), firearms and weapons, umbrellas, camping chairs, cooler boxes, illegal substances and your own alcohol. Right of admission is reserved.

No outside drinks are allowed, including water. You’ll find water and drinks at the Food and Brand Village on the day.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat. You’ll use it for the Pulse Talks and Breathwork, not for Kayla’s bootcamp. You can also buy a mat on the day, and VVIP guests get a Motherkind yoga mat in their PowerKIT.

Yes. The Food and Brand Village is the place to refuel between sessions. VVIP guests also have a dedicated bar in the private VVIP Lounge.

Every PowerTICKET includes a PowerKIT with a TheraBand. VVIP PowerKITs add a squat band, a Motherkind yoga mat and a PowerHER cap, plus a luxury goodie bag from Motherkind and partners.
